THE PHONE COMPANY (PVT) LTD was incorporated in July 1997 to operate as a Business Partner for Dialog Axiata Group which has an offshore presence in over 10 countries in the Asian region. Dialog Axiata is the leading telecommunication service provider in the Asian region.

The Company has made steady progress in building customer loyalty by providing excellent service during the past 17 years for the Mobile Industry in Sri Lanka.

The Phone Company International (Pvt) Ltd., was incorporated in 2003 to import mobile hardware from Asian and European countries and distribute them in Sri Lanka. This business has grown since then and is today a distributor and the sole Service Provider of Samsung mobile Hardware.
